Z-Ro Faces Drug Possession Charges!!!!

Texas lyricist Z-Ro will be in court on March 1 to answer a felony drug possession charge from last year. Z-Ro, real name Joseph Wayne McVey, was arrested in February 2009 when authorities found him with a codeine mixture weighing over 28 grams. The rapper’s attorney Robert Jones has proclaimed his client innocent, claiming the codeine bottle was a prescription cough syrup medicine assigned to another party. "Right now, the penalty has been enhanced, so I would have to look that up to see what exactly that is, but I anticipate that he is going to trial because he didn't do anything, so the penalty is zero," Jones explained to the Houston Press blog Hair Balls. “They're trying to ramp up the charges and make him scared so he'll take something. It is nothing more than a form of intimidation. It doesn't change the facts of the case at all." Z-Ro has released 13 solo albums since 1998. Some of his critically-acclaimed LPs, such as 2006’s I’m Still Livin’, were released while the rapper was incarcerated.Last year, Z-Ro was found not guilty for misdemeanor marijuana possession. In 2003, Z-Ro served time for a codeine conviction that violated his parole. Citing his music and industry colleagues, Jones believes his client is telling the truth and would have been ready to face any consequences if he were guilty. “Everybody who knows his music has told me that he is a purist. And he's just an honest, forthright person. If he did it, he'll say he did it,” Jones stated. Z-Ro’s latest studio album is 2009’s Cocaine, which featured appearances from Gucci Mane, Lil Flip, Mike D, and Big Pokey.

Hot Boy Turk's Younger Brother Murdered, Family Needs Assistance!!!!!

Smith was shot in killed early yesterday morning in the Jefferson Parish of New Orleans', the family's hometown. At present, Turk is serving a 12-year prison sentence related to a Tennessee shooting of a police officer in 2004. The former Cash Money Records rapper has been in prison for nearly five years, and is expected to be released by 2017. In October, Hot Boy brethren Juvenile spoke of the incarcerated fourth member of the late '90s super-group of Lil Wayne, B.G., Juvenile and Lil Turk. "I wish I could have him out here right now, but bruh, it is what it is,” said Juve of Turk. “He locked up in Tennessee. They got laws down there dude that’s from what…the 1800s. Report: Nas Owes Millions In Taxes!!!!

Much like fellow rapper Method Man [click to read], Nas has apparently failed to pay his taxes.According to a report by TMZ.com, the famed Queensbridge rapper owes $2,584,206.31 for unpaid taxes in 2006 and 2007.This is the latest financial problem for the rapper, who was recently in the midst of a heated divorce lawsuit with R&B singer Kelis. In the suit, it was alleged that the rapper made nearly $150,000 per month, and spends over $70,000 per month [click to read].It is unclear whether the two are still embroiled in a legal battle, as the former couple were spotted together last month, acting very amicably towards one another [click to read].UPDATE: The legal battle is still in effect. This morning, Nas entered a not-guilty plea to contempt of court, according to TMZ.com. Kelis' legal staff has said that Nas has failed to deliver the court-ordered $200,000 child support.In March the judge will rule on the verdict. If Nas is found guilty, he is at risk of serving jail time.In related news, Kelis has signed with Interscope Records since the last October hearing.

Last week, a man claiming to have been responsible for shooting rapper Waka Flocka Flame sent a picture of himself with Flocka's stolen diamon chain.But according to MTV News, the young rapper isn't sweating it, and is instead choosing to move on."I don't know [if it was actually the gunman] 'cause I didn't even see who shot me," said Flocka, sarcastically adding, "I thought a dog shot me. I thought a bird shot me. It's stupid."Flocka already has a new chain to replace the old one. Suge Knight's Assets Auctioned After Failure To Pay Bills

This past weekend, possessions of Death Row Records founder Suge Knight were sold off in order to pay off storage debts. Several crates of the mogul's furniture, clothing and gym equipment were auctioned off to California buyers after he failed to pay Conejo Valley Moving & Storage owner Joe Furmidge, according to the Ventura County Star. The assets came from Knight's former Malibu mansion which was also sold in 2008 following an '06 bankruptcy. Auctioneers Dan and Laura Dotson said that the Hip Hop businessman's fame attracted a number of potential buyers. "The name that is behind it," said Laura Dotson, "I think a lot of curiosity is here and people wanting to own a little bit of that."According to the newspaper, a flat-screen television was sold for $230, a large photo with Knight and late Rap artist Tupac Shakur went for $100, and other items were sold for relatively low prices. The auction garnered $4,500, which almost covered Knight's bill."It didn't quite cover what he owed us, but almost," said Furmidge. "That's better than a stick in the eye."

She met IT online, and they Skype’d a couple of times.
IT then invited her to be in one of his YouTube videos, and she agreed.
During the filming of the video, she started drinking and she BLACKED OUT – suggesting that she was drugged
She claims that while she was blacked out, some of IT’s dudes then GANG RAPED her.
Once she came out of the Blackout, the girl claims that she was physically assaulted and the men threw her out of the house, in her bra and underwear.
She then went to It’s house, where she claims that he raped her also
And get this, the girl claims that IT and them videotaped EVERYTHING. .If you hear her story, it sounds real SUSPICIOUS . . . We’re going to have to see the video, before we indict this dude.

HMF ENTERTAINMENT.com learned that on Saturday night, Young Berg was having a small get together at his home in the Hollywood Hills. That's when, a group of 4 masked GOONS pushed in the house with GUNS OUT!!! The goons were described by HMF ENTERTAINMENT.com as TWO MEN and TWO WOMEN!!!And get this. Word is that the masked men were holding the rest of the people in the home hostage, while the WOMEN were the ones being violent - even going so far as to PISTOL WHIP Young Berg.The goons and goonettes got away with Young Berg's chain and all his money. They also got into the pockets of every other person at the get together.It's not clear whether police have ANY SUSPECTS in the matter.
